James Allen Hill

May 10, 1961 - July 23, 2014

Mr. James Allen Hill, died Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro, Ark., at the age of 53 years 2 months and 13 days. He was born in Finger, Tenn., to the late Bill and Idell Davis Hill and lived most of his lifetime in Trumann. Mr. Hill was a former employee of Arkansas Glass Inc., a veteran of the U.S. Army and of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by one brother, Richard Hill and his parents. He is survived by two daughters, Jamie Hill of Trumann and Crystal (William) Davis of Oklahoma City, OK; one sister, Mary Hill of Earle, Ark.; one brother, Eddie Hill of Trumann, Ark.; and 2 grandchildren, Samuel and Alejandra Davis. Funeral services will be Friday, July 25, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home with Bobby Meredith officiating. Burial will be private.
