Donald Ray Mattox

Mr. Donald Ray Mattox, 58, of Trumann, Ark. died Thursday, January 9, 2013 at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro. He was born in Wisconsin and had live in Trumann for the past 6 years and was formerly of East Texas. Mr. Mattox was a welder and of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Carlin Collett Mattox of the home; one daughter, Maranda Montoya of Overton, Texas; one son, James Mattox of Dallas, Texas; two stepsons; Chris Winfred and Brandon Martin both of Trumann; grandchildren, Meagan Hunter, Efren Montoya, Lydia Montoya, Chloe Mattox, Paxton Mattox and Selena Montoya; two step-grandchildren, McKenzie Martin and Sarah Winfred. Funeral services will be Saturday at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann with Rev. Larry Loggins officiating. Burial will be private.
