Wanda Stotts Stephens

Mrs. Wanda Stotts Stephens of Trumann, died Tuesday May 15, 2012 at Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro, Ark. at the age of 61 years 5 months and 28 days. She was born Friday, November 17, 1950 in Jonesboro, Ark. to the late Omer H. and Clara Lucille Chambliss Stotts Mrs. Stephens had lived most of her lifetime in the Trumann and Jonesboro area. She was a retired school teacher for Trumann High School and of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ron Stephens in 2007, her parents, and her step-father, J. W. Heathcock. Survivors include two sons, John Tull of Jonesboro and Spencer Tull (Tiffany) of Jonesboro; step-daughter, Corie Swarts (David) of Mira Loma, CA; one step-son, Chad Stephens (Chris) of Nuevo, CA; one sister, Barbara Hoelscher (Jack) of Memphis; two brothers, Bobby Stotts (Bonnie) and Jimmy Stotts (Mickey) both of Trumann and one granddaughter, Isabella Claire Tull. Funeral service will be Friday, May 18, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home with Rev. Glen Hurst officiating. Burial will follow in the Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery in Jonesboro, Ark. Pallbearers will be Jimmy Stotts Jr., Rodney Stotts, Robert Stotts, Robert Hoelscher, Joe Chamberlain and Kyle Krennerich Visitation will be Thursday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann.
