Jeff Maxwell

Mr. Jeffery Wayne Maxwell was born on Tuesday, October 6, 1964 son of Bill and Shelby Hall Maxwell. He died Saturday, September 18, 2010 at UAMS in Little Rock, Ark., at the age of 45 years 11 months and 12 days. He was born in Jonesboro, AR., and had lived most of his lifetime in Trumann. He was a former truck driver for Custom Food Group in Jonesboro and a member of the Maple Grove Baptist Church in Trumann. Survivors include his wife, Penny Qualls Maxwell of the home; one daughter, Hannah Maxwell of the home; two sons, Logan Maxwell and Nathan Maxwell both of the home; his parents, Rev. Bill and Shelby Maxwell of Trumann and one sister, Sheila Moye of Trumann. Funeral Service will be Tuesday afternoon at 1:30 p.m. at the Maple Grove Baptist Church in Trumann with Dr. Jim Shaw and Rev. Ronnie Dye officiating. Burial will follow in the Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery in Jonesboro, Ark., with Thompson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers will be Bryan Kelso, Carl Holt, Billy Chaffin, Mike Linton, Kelvin Conaster and Jeff Stevens. Honorary pallbearers will be James Evans and Jeff West. Visitation will be Monday evening from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Maple Grove Baptist Church. Memorials may be made to the UAMS in Little Rock or the American Cancer Society.
