Karen Ann Baukus

Mrs. Karen Ann Baukus of Trumann, Ark., departed this life on Tuesday at the family residence at the age of 63 years, 9 months and 13 days. She was born Friday, May 28. 1954 in Trumann, Ark., to the late Louie and Suveda Wofford McCoy and was a lifetime resident of Trumann. Mrs. Baukus was a retired nurse and of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by 2 sisters, 1 brother and her parents.

She is survived by two daughters, Jennifer Wilson of Trumann, Ark., and DeAnn York of Lexington, Tenn., one sister, Sandy Vaughn of Trumann, Ark; one brother, Kenneth McCoy of Trumann, Ark; one brother-in-law, Jimmy Stevens of Trumann, Ark; 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be Friday morning at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann, Ark., with Rev. Jim Duffell and Rev. Kenneth Doke officiating. Graveside service will be at 2:00 p.m. at Woodland Heights Cemetery in Rector, Ark.

Visitation will be Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann, Ark.
