Carey Gene Case

October 8, 1972 - December 17, 2009

Mr. Carey Gene Case was born on Sunday, October 8, 1972, son of late A.L. Case and Rita Davis Sloan. Mr. Case died Thursday, December 17, 2009 at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital in Jonesboro, Ark., at the age of 37 years 2 months and 9 days. He was born in Paragould, Ark., and had lived most of his lifetime in Trumann. He was disabled and a member of the Eastside Baptist Church. Mr. Case was preceded in death by his father. Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Rita and Robert Sloan of Trumann; two brothers, Randy Case of Trumann and Chris Sloan of Jonesboro; one sister, Angela Case of Trumann; and a nephew Tyler Brooks of Trumann. Funeral services will be Saturday afternoon at 1:30 p.m. at the Eastside Baptist Church in Trumann with Rev. Kenny Guy McMahan officiating. Burial will follow in the Keller
