We are never ready to let go of our parents even though we know its time. Cheryl, my flashback was when I spent so much time at your house when we were kids (& teenagers) and what your mom looked like then (she was so young looking - compared to my mom). She was always so nice and my last visit with her - she was still the same as I remembered from years before. Please accept my heartfelt sympathy in the loss of your Mother. I love you, Cheryl!Sharon

Butch,Cheryl and Janice I am so happy your momma is in heaven with Uncle Bryce. She was a wonderful woman and such a big hearted woman. Whenever I was in Arkansas my visits with always be with her and Uncle Bryce. My whole family always felt welcome in her home.Now she is with my mother and Aunt Bernice enjoying heaven. I will remember you all in my prayers.

So sorry to hear of Sis. Lorene's death. I was out of town at a business meeting and unable to attend visitation or the funeral. Just know that my thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

Aunt Lorene was one in a million and we were all so fortunate to have her in our lives. I will always remember her fixing "us girls" hair everytime we came to visit in Arkansas. She will be missed so much. She is in GOD'S LOVING HANDS NOW - no more pain and suffering. We have a loving and merciful GOD! My heart breaks for all of you. May God comfort you in your time of need - as he always does. I love you all, Teresa and family

I am so sorry for your lost. We have known you guys a long time and had a lot of memories of your mother. My most thought of one is I believe she was the first one to cut my hair and I have kept it short every since. Also I think about when I was first married and having some diffcultly that she fussed at me and reminded me that marriage was until death do us part and that stuck with me and cause me to stay with my husband until he died on October 1, 2007. You all will be in my prayers as God is the only one who can bring you peace.

Dear Long Family Ihope to attend the visitation and funeral but just in chase I can't I want to tell you that your mom will always be remembered by me as the first person to cut my hair and to fuss at me when I was having some marraiage problems years ago. I appreciate knowing her and Bro Long and look forward to the day when we all can be together again with our love ones that have gone on.
